Our Gutter Installation Process for Rubber Roofs

When installing gutters on a rubber roof, our process involves several key steps:

1. Removal of the Termination Bar: We carefully remove the existing termination bar.
2. Flapping the Rubber Membrane: We fold the rubber roofing membrane upwards onto the roof.
3. Gutter Removal and Replacement: The old gutter is removed, and a new, seamless gutter is installed.
4. Rubber Membrane Re-Installation: We fold the rubber membrane back down into the new gutter.
5. Termination Bar Re-Installation: The termination bar is then reinstalled, securing the rubber membrane.

LeaFree Gutter Guard Installation

On this particular project, we also installed LeaFree Gutter Guards. Due to the absence of shingles, we custom-cut the back of the gutter guards to ensure a perfect fit and optimal performance.
